By submitting the form on this page, I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized and conducted by Noble County Bicycle Club, a bicycle club located in the state of Indiana. In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that bicycling involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with vehicles or other objects, and hazards posed by road conditions, weather, and other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Noble County Bicycle Club, its organizers, officers, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may sustain as a result of my participation in club activities.

Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Noble County Bicycle Club, its organizers, officers, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the club or otherwise, while participating in club activities.

Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or medical emergency, I authorize Noble County Bicycle Club and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for me, including transportation to a medical facility, if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

Safety and Compliance: I agree to abide by all safety rules and regulations established by Noble County Bicycle Club and to comply with all applicable laws and ordinances while participating in club activities.

Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of my name, likeness, and photographs or videos taken during club activities for promotional and publicity purposes by Noble County Bicycle Club, without compensation or notification.

Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Minors: I understand that if I am the parent or guardian of a minor who wishes to participate in activities of Noble County Bicycle Club, it is necessary for me to sign on behalf of the minor.

By submitting the form for a minor, I represent that I have the authority to sign on behalf of and legally bind the participating minor to the terms of this agreement. I will provide both my name and the name of the minor.
